The short version: your product data never leaves your server, and the only thing we store is what is needed to make a licence work.

Your product and customer data

None of it reaches us. The plugin builds your feed on your own server and writes it to your own uploads folder. Product titles, prices, images, orders and customer records are never transmitted to CatalogCanary.

What the licence server stores

Only for customers who have bought Pro:

• The email address given at checkout.
• The licence key issued to it.
• The domain name of each site the licence is activated on, and the plugin version running there. This is how the seat limit is counted.
• The payment provider's order reference, so a renewal or refund can be matched to the right licence.

The free plugin contacts no external server at all. It has no licence, so it has nothing to check.

What we do not store

No card details — those never touch our systems; the payment provider handles them. No IP address logging, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts on this website.

Deletion

Email support@catalogcanary.dev and your licence record will be deleted. Note that deleting it deactivates the licence, so this ends access to Pro updates.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, customers on record will be emailed.
