What you are buying

A CatalogCanary Pro licence is an annual subscription covering the stated number of sites. It includes plugin updates and email support for the licence term. It renews yearly until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked. If the plugin does not do what you expected, email support@catalogcanary.dev within 14 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion — but if something is genuinely broken and cannot be fixed, you will not be kept on a subscription for software that does not work.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. The licence stays active until the end of the period already paid for. The free plugin continues to work regardless.

Licence terms

CatalogCanary Pro may be installed on up to the number of sites the licence covers. Licence keys are not for resale or public distribution. The plugin is GPL-licensed software; the licence key governs access to updates and support, not your rights under the GPL.

Support

Support is by email and covers CatalogCanary itself. It does not extend to general WordPress or WooCommerce administration, other plugins, or your Meta advertising account.

Liability

The software is provided as is. CatalogCanary is not liable for lost sales, advertising spend, or business losses arising from feed errors or downtime. Verify your catalog in Meta Commerce Manager before relying on it.

Who you are contracting with

Payment is processed by a merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your purchase and appears on your statement. They handle billing and applicable sales tax. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
